We do not have a shelter! Our rescued pets are generally located in foster homes located in Lake, Cook, Kane or Mchenry county (not always in the town listed).

Adoptions are done on a first come, first served basis and will be processed in order of receipt. Please note, some dogs go quickly! So dont wait! :)

Adoptions include, based on health and age requirements, spay/neuter at our participating vet, medical care for known conditions, heart-worm checked (adult dogs), dewormer, vaccinated, have monthly flea/tick prevention and/or heartworm prevention, and microchipped.

Please plan on providing your new pet’s future veterinary care including deworming and vaccines per your vet’s recommendations (especially puppies).

We process applications, and have volunteer access to email, during business hours M-F 9am-6pm and on Saturdays 9am-2pm. Sometimes evenings and Sundays.

An adoption coordinator WILL contact you via cell phone or email outside of these hours. Please expect up to 2 business days for a response (but sometimes we can respond REALLY quick!).

An adoption coordinator WILL contact you by email once your application is processed. So again, don’t wait too long to fill one out. The pet you are interested in may be gone!

¡No tenemos refugio! Nuestras mascotas rescatadas generalmente se encuentran en hogares de acogida ubicados en los condados de Lake, Cook, Kane o Mchenry (no siempre en la ciudad indicada).

Las adopciones incluyen, según los requisitos de salud y edad, esterilización/castración en nuestro veterinario participante, atención médica para afecciones conocidas, control de gusanos del corazón (perros adultos), desparasitación, vacunación, prevención mensual contra pulgas/garrapatas y/o prevención del gusano del corazón, y microchip.

Planifique brindar atención veterinaria futura a su nueva mascota, incluida la desparasitación y las vacunas, según las recomendaciones de su veterinario (especialmente los cachorros).

Procesamos solicitudes y tenemos acceso voluntario al correo electrónico durante el horario comercial de lunes a viernes, de 9 a. m. a 6 p. m. y los sábados de 9 a. m. a 2 p. m. A veces por la tarde y los domingos.
