Hypertension is the most common comorbid in patients infected by COVID-19. Drugs often given for the treatment of hypertension, namely ramipril, and candesartan, are thought to increase the development of COVID-19 because the angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) and angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) increase the expression of ACE-2, which is the binding site of SARS-CoV-2. ABSTRACTAsthma is a disease in the top five causes of death in the world, which varies between 5-10%. Drug use accuracy in this study was that patients who received treatment were evaluated for accuracy based on the category of indication, drug, patient and the correct dose. This study aims to identify the characteristics and presentation of the accuracy of drug use in asthma patients. This study is a descriptive study with retrospective data collection from 59 medical records of asthma patients for the period January - December 2017. The results of the study based on the characteristics of asthma patients show the number of female patients more than men, namely 33 patients (55.93%) and the highest number of patients age is in the 56 - 65 years for 10 patients (16.95%). Masalah ketidaktepatan pemilihan obat dan dosis kerap kali dialami oleh pasien, tidak terkecuali pasien dengan gangguan fungsi ginjal. Menurut syafira (2014) pada hasil penelitian mengenai evaluasi penggunaan obat dan dosis pada pasien geriatri gagal ginjal kronik di rawat inap Gedung A RSCM periode Januari-Juni 2013, disimpulkan bahwa pemberian dosis obat pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang sesuai dengan literatur yang digunakan sebanyak 53,46% sedangkan yang tidak sesuai 46,53%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi ketepatan penggunaan obat dan dosis pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik di ruang inap Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Pondok Kopi periode Januari-Desember 2017. Pendahuluan: Hipertensi secara umum dikenal sebagai penyakit kardiovaskuler yang ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan darah melebihi batas normal yaitu 120/80mmHg. Penggunaan obat rasional merupakan penggunaan obat yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis pasien serta dengan biaya yang paling rendah.
