Location Requirements: Hybrid to the Wayne Corporate office.

Your role on the team:

This role will report directly to the Senior Revenue Analyst, primarily supporting the reporting and analysis function. As a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern you will have exposure to all areas of the FP&A team as well.

You can expect to:

• Prepare and reconcile weekly and monthly financial reporting packages and presentations for senior and executive level business leaders
• Participate in the monthly close, forecast, and annual budgeting process ensuring accurate financial results
• Learn to identify areas where metrics/reports improvements can be utilized
• Learn to consolidate and analyze business segment financials including revenues, costs, and capital
• Assist with continuous process improvement and complete other ad-hoc analysis, as needed

What you bring to the role:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and written
• Team player, but exceptional at working independently

This role requires:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or related area of study
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Well organized, good communication skills and desire to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong aptitude for problem solving
