When a popular anchorwoman finds herself the prime suspect of a murder case, her attorney husband becomes her legal counsel. Their marriage has been on the rocks, but as the case forces them to come together, they must address the issues in their relationship.

The ending hit me hard with so many feelings. Some say it is a dream, others say Tae Wook died, while few say he somehow survived and got through his agony for the sake of Hye Ran. My thought on this is that, the ending is different for each one of us. It all depends on our own meaning of happiness.

Synopsis. Go Hye-ran (Kim Nam-joo) becomes the prime suspect in a murder case. Her husband Kang Tae-wook (Ji Jin-hee) ends up being her legal counsel despite their marriage being on the rocks.

Spoiler. The mystery was finally solved during the finale, with Kang Tae Wook turning out to be the murderer. He then went on to die in a car crash, though it remains unknown whether he intentionally ended his own life or if it was an accident.

A really captivating drama with the central theme of marriage disappointment, interspersed with a murder mystery, cutthroat workplace shenanigans, conspiracy and legal drama. While some of the twists and turns are not exceptionally original, I must say I was impressed by the ending.

There was also the bittersweet ending in the film with The Phantom leaving little Misty, to her owners the Bebee's, and swimming back to Assateague Island and to her mate,or stallion, the white black & gray Pide Pipper!
