Bring everything in freshly laundered, good condition, and make sure you bring a photo ID. We prefer the items to be off the hanger, folded in a laundry basket or tote.

Verification. To help maintain security around customer information, we ask that you provide a few pieces of information about yourself. We will only use the information you provide to verify your identity and the Personal Information that is relevant to your request.

Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for them to look through your clothes. Since you gave them your number you don't have to wait in the store for them to be ready. Let them know that you will be back later so that they know to give you a call when it's ready for pickup.

If you bring in large amounts of dirty or damaged items or things we never buy such as used socks/underwear, we may reject your entire offer.

All full-priced, unused, unwashed, attached tags merchandise can be returned for store credit. Products found damaged and used will not receive store credit. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, and etc.
